We work on a monthly retainer based on the business size and complexity. Our clients like this pricing because it’s easy to budget and there are no surprises. It’s our practice to not bill anything that our customers do not understand or have not approved in advance.

Our bookkeeping team works as a team to efficiently and accurately prepare your accounting. You have one point of contact for your receipts, your own email! accounting@ ”Your Company Domain.com” For faster support, you also have access to our SMS assistant “Buck.” No more waiting for your accountant to get back to you, just text Buck and we’ll get back to you immediately during business hours, and just a little later if Buck is asleep. This way the easy questions like “Was the XYZ invoice paid?” can be answered by one of our bookkeeping associates and the more difficult questions like “How do we show our churn to our investors?” are addressed by the most experienced members on the team. The demands of a founder are constant, we get it, everything is due right now or yesterday. We are able to stay on top of our client’s projects, while also providing our team members with a work-life balance. If our Bookkeeper Andie needs to attend her children’s School PTA meeting, she can go, and our clients won’t miss a beat, anyone on our team can step in to help.
